Nature is raw, beautiful, and the most direct connection to our primal selves.
I’ve always been driven by a blend of artistic impulse and a deep fascination with nature — and how it shapes and mirrors us as human beings.
Nature’s diversity and constant change are fading fast, and through my work I hope to remind us that we are nature — inseparable from it, and utterly dependent on its richness.
My photographs move between the ordinary and the overlooked — the forest floor, mosquitoes, local birds, landscapes, and intimate details — seen through a blurred and melancholic lens.
I use techniques like ICM, long exposures, double exposures, vintage lenses, and soft optical imperfections, because my perception of nature is never as sharp as my camera’s.
What happens unconsciously in nature — in the quiet space between our senses and the world — has become central to my practice as a photographer.
Even though I never include human figures, the awareness of our alienation from, and deep belonging to, nature runs through everything I create.
